Injera is more than bread — it's the foundation of Ethiopian cuisine, the plate, the utensil, and the heart of every shared meal. This spongy, tangy sourdough flatbread is made from teff, one of the world's most ancient and nutritious grains, and has been a staple of Ethiopian life for thousands of years.

In this hands-on class you'll learn the full process — from fermenting your teff batter to mastering the perfect pour on the mitad (clay griddle). You'll leave with injera you made yourself and the confidence to recreate it at home.
