Bale Moya does not offer refunds on any products. All sales are final. Please note that each purchase is a firm commitment to buy and that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items unless an item is damaged during shipping.

Damaged Items

Although we strive to ensure that all products are inspected for quality and packed carefully, damages can occur during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. You can report the issue by sending an email to info@thebalemoya.com along with:

  • A detailed description of the damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage.

Upon receipt of your email and accompanying evidence, we will assess the damage. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. Please note that all claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Process for Reporting Damaged Items

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the description of the damage, and attach clear photos showing the damage.
  3. Wait for Confirmation: We will reply to your email within 2-3 business days to confirm receipt of your claim and inform you of the next steps.
