Ingredients:
5 chicken drumsticks
10 red onions, chopped
8 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of grated ginger
1 ½ cups of berbere
1 cup of niter kibbeh (spiced butter)
4 cups of water
1 tsp of kororima (cardamom)
5 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
10 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions:
Clean the chicken drumsticks and set aside.
Chop the onions and set aside.
Set the Instant Pot to the Rice Setting and cook the chopped onions for 12 minutes.
Add the berbere, niter kibbeh, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the Instant Pot and cook for another 12 minutes.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the Instant Pot and cook for 24 minutes.
Add the water and salt to the Instant Pot and cook for another 12 minutes.
Add the hard-boiled eggs, kororema, and black pepper to the Instant Pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.


Serve hot with injera or rice.
