        Step 1
        Begin by chopping 1 lb of beef into small pieces.

        Add the beef to a bowl.
      
        Step 3
        Add 2 tablespoons of mitmita to the bowl.
      
        Step 4
        Mix the mitmita into the beef, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
      
        Step 5
        Add 2 teaspoons of kororema (cardamom) to the bowl.
      
        Step 6
        Mix the kororema into the beef, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
      
        Step 7
        Add 1/2 teaspoon of koseret to the bowl.
      
        Step 8
        Mix the koseret into the beef, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
      
        Step 9
        Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
      
        Step 10
        Mix the salt into the beef, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
      
        Step 11
        In a separate pan, melt 4 tablespoons of kibe (clarified butter).
      
        Step 12
        Pour the melted kibe over the beef.
      
        Step 13
        Rub the kibe into the beef, using food-safe gloves.
      
        Step 14
